This may seem like a very simple and logical solution for time management, but I thought I would share it anyway.  I often times get two things clean at once - myself and my shower :-)

Have you ever tried to clean your shower stall and find that you end up getting dirty and wet while doing it?  What I do when it is shower cleaning day (which is usually Wednesdays because I have to set a day or it doesn't get done) is spray down my shower with scrubbing bubbles about 5-10 minutes before I actually plan on getting in the shower.  I then go get a rag and other cleaning supplies, make sure Eliana is content (a.k.a. napping) and then jump in the shower.

Once in the shower, I scrub it down - top to bottom.  I keep an old toothbrush in the shower and really get into the grooves of the tile and jet tub holes.  And I am able to rinse my rag several times with the water that is already running.  After getting the shower good and clean I then move onto cleaning myself.  I love cleaning showers so much this way that I often rotate bathrooms that I shower in on Thursday and Friday too just so that I can feel really productive while I am showering and get the other two showers in the house clean as well  (that is a little bit weird - I know...).

Enjoy cleaning double duty!
